ALASKA FUN!!

Liberty Falls

After spending the first part of my spring/summer working in the yard, we then went on a two week trip to Alaska.  My husband and I went with my good friend Julie and her husband.  We stayed with Julie's sister and her husband some of the time and traveled most of the other time.  We had so much fun.  Alaska is so beautiful.  Everything is green and wet.  There are so many rivers, lakes, waterfalls, mountains and trees.  I hope you enjoy some of my pictures!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY RETREAT!

We celebrated everyone's birthday at my Happy Birthday retreat!  We had some fun birthday jingles, brownie cake, yummy food, chair massages and lots of prizes!

SCRAPBOOK EXPO USA 2012

It's been a while since I have attended the Scrapbook Expo in Sandy.  I went with a few of my friends and we had a great time.  We even got a photo with Big Budda of Fox 13 TV station.  The shopping was great and I saw so many of my scrapbooking friends!  Some of them mentioned they are ready to attend another one of my retreats!

We all wore my Red Rooster Scrapbook Barn t-shirts and  received some fun compliments!

Just a Fun Scrapbook Weekend!

English Fox Hunt Suite
There is another small suite downstairs.

Last weekend some of my friends and I went scrapbooking at The 1887 Hanson House Bed & Breakfast in Sandy.  We rented out their English Fox Hunt Suite (which is a separate building from the main house) for the weekend.  The suite included a full kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, upstairs loft and a living room with enough space for six scrapbookers.  Fran, the owner of the bed & breakfast served us two delicious hot breakfasts.  We prepared the rest of the meals ourselves.

It was a fun, relaxing weekend and we all got lots of scrapbooking done.
